My Expedition Roof Rack (Black) order was processed very quickly and arrived in about 6 days to the US east coast. Packaging was very protective and despite being a massive, bulky package the product arrived undamaged. It looks spectacular and passes as the OEM version to observers (aside from the black coloring which is oh so slick). Build quality seems comparable to the OEM (and I had the opportunity to inspect an OEM version after receiving the Hunters Prestige version). Hunters responded very quickly to a couple questions I had posed to them in an email prior to ordering. Will certainly order more from Hunters in the future, very satisfied with both the product and customer experience.

First I tried to "cheap out" buy ordering a rack directly from China. It took three months and arrived a twisted piece of metal. The supplier was no help so I ate the full cost. Lesson learned. Then I ordered from HP. Despite international shipping, it arrived quickly and in perfect shape. All parts present and good quality and good fit. I would have preferred the hardware to be stainless, but I suppose this is standard. Also unsure about the little bits of die cut foam in the parts package. The install was smooth and I am a happy camper.
I received the rack on 1/6/2025, and I was going to wait, but I was so excited that I had to install it right away. The directions were great; the product was exactly what was advertised. I will continue to purchase from Hunters Prestige.
Impressive roof rack. Strong and sturdy w/ quality materials and hardware. Very pleased, I found Hunters Prestige instead buying from a supplier in the Far East and jeopardizing quality for price. I took it on the chin with shipping cost coming from England to Orange County, CA but the rack was packaged great and arrived timely via DHL.
Instructions were easy to follow for installation. Only reco to HP is to edit the instructions to make mention about the thin black "spongy adhesive backed material" needing to be applied to all 6 shelf brackets in advance of installation. It's a critical step and the material helps to eliminate potential scratching of your Defenders roof rails and also where the roof rack and brackets touch. Luckily, I figured it out before getting too far along in the process of installing. Look forward to many years of use on my Defender 130. Tku Hunters Prestige.
