So, when the opportunity arose to travel to Absolute Motors in the Netherlands to retrofit larger screens and digital clusters on 13 brand-new Defenders, we couldn’t have been more excited. It was a fantastic experience filled with collaboration, technical expertise, and, of course, some incredible Defender upgrades. Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at our trip and what we accomplished!

The purpose of our visit was simple: retrofitting the latest Pivi Pro 11.4" screens and digital clusters into 13 new Defenders. Hunters were contacted by Absolute motors as they had received a bunch of New Defenders with major downgrade which at the time was a common issue in the UK and overseas, vehicle were arriving missing high end specifications and being a reputable high end vehicle modifier and supplier Absolute motors needed the best that was available.  

Upon arrival at Absolute Motors, we wasted no time getting to work. The team there was fantastic, providing all the support we needed to ensure the retrofitting process went smoothly.

The first step was to remove the old screens and clusters from the Defenders. This process required careful handling to avoid damaging any of the vehicle’s wiring or systems. Once we had the original parts removed, we proceeded with installing the larger screens.
