Dispatch times
We normally dispatch processed orders next working day on a 24 hour courier service. Some areas of the UK are not covered by a 24 hour service (please see postcode list above), in this instance we will endeavour to use the next fastest service available. Any references to "24 hour" or "next day" delivery services exclude weekends or UK bank holidays, and is offered as a service preference not a guarantee.
International Shipping
We use an automated service to provide prices for international delivery, in some cases a given combination of products may result in a higher than expected shipping cost. In this instance, we will contact you to discuss the options prior to shipping the order. Shipping times will vary depending on the delivery country, and a number of external factors. We will not guarantee international delivery times, or be held liable for any damage or loss caused by delays in shipping.
We will generally select the best shipping method as a compromise between cost and delivery times; if you have a need for expedited (or economy) delivery, please make a note on the order or get in touch before placing the order.
Tariffs, Taxes, and Duties
If you are ordering from outside the UK, you may have to pay additional charges to import the goods into your country. Different countries apply different charges at different thresholds - you can check your country's rates via your Government or Tax office website. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the importer (buyer) of the goods, and will be paid to your local Government or Tax office, usually via the courier providing the delivery service.
